What type of content will I see on ISC?
ISC Sports Network is your place to see an abundance of sports content throughout the state of Indiana. Whether you are a fan of high school, college, semi-pro, and more, you will find numerous games and events from all levels of play. There will be live games and a vast on-Demand library.

How do I access the content?
Each subscriber will need to create a login to see the protected content. It is a simple process that requires an email address and a password. This will be your login each time you visit the ISC site.

Is the content free or do I have to pay?
Both. There will be free content accessible with your ISC login. There will also be special events that will require a day, week, monthly, or yearly pass to access the content.

What bandwidth do I need to watch?
We stream with adaptable bit rates so most internet connections will work. However, you need a minimum of 1.5Mb download Internet speed for our best quality streams. The higher the bandwidth, the better the stream.

What devices or systems are supported?
We support most devices and operating systems: Microsoft® Windows®, Apple® Mac® or Linux OS with Adobe® Flash® or tablets including Google® Android™ devices and Apple® iPad® or iPhone® devices will work. We are streaming a lower bitrate feed that works over most 3G and 4G services as well. Please consult with your local access carrier for rules and regulations. Please be aware that we are not responsible for data connection charges to view the stream on any platform or service.

Do I need to download anything to view the content?
No. All you will need is your login credentials to access the content, and it will stream to your device.

Is ISC content available on mobile, desktop, and OTT devices?
Yes it is! After you have created your ISC account and received access, you can connect from your computer, phone, tablet, and Roku devices anytime you want to. You also can switch to a different device in watching ISC. Simply login with your ISC account and again you'll have full access.

When can I sign up?
You can sign up any time. For first time users, we do recommend signing up well before an event is to begin to make sure you are authenticated and the content is accessible.

How do I change my password?
Once you have signed up for an account with ISC, the login page will carry a “forgot password” link. Simply follow the steps in the link and an email will be sent to reset the password.

Are apps available?
Yes. You can find the ISC app in the App Store and Google Play Store as well as on Roku. Just search for ISC Sports Network. However, please be advised that you can only use them with an existing login. If you do not have a login, you must first go to the website through an internet browser to sign up for one. Once your login is registered with ISC, then you can access the content on the apps.

Unfortunately, there is not a cancelling process so please make sure you are certain you want to move forward with purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the event, please contact ISC through our contact page to discuss options.

My payment is rejected, what can i do?
It might be that your bank is refusing the payment, so you may try to contact them. Alternatively, please try to use a different payment method.

The video or stream quality is bad, what can i do?
First, test your internet connection. Also, try reloading the page a few times or see if you can access the event from another browser and/or device. If the issue continues, please check our social media for the latest streaming status updates. If there is no mention of any issue, it is likely it is related to your internet connection. Please check it, and be patient.

Can I watch from different computers or phones at the same time?
Yes, when you registered/purchased on one computer/tablet/phone, you can simply use the same credentials to watch the ISC on another device. You should bear in mind your access can be restricted when our systems detect abuse. To avoid your account being cut off, don't use more than 2 different devices just before and during the event.
